Suzan El-Khatib

Ms. El-Khatib began her career at a large Vancouver firm and moved on to a boutique firm before joining Wiebe Wittmann El-Khatib LLP. She advises and acts for both individual and corporate clients on a broad variety of matters including corporate governance, commercial litigation, residential and commercial tenancy, copyright infringement, construction, employment and family law matters. Ms. El-Khatib has experience as a corporate solicitor and as a litigator, appearing at all levels of court. She has experience negotiating successful settlements for clients in the employment, family and commercial litigation contexts.

Ms. El-Khatib has acted on the Board of Directors for public companies on the TSX-V and OTC-BB and actively participates in charity foundation work. She is a current member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
