Houtan Sanandaji

Houtan completed his articles at a busy full-service law firm where he maintained a broad real estate as well as immigration law practice. Houtan provides advise to individual and corporate clients on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. He has experience in closing complex transactions and preparing relevant contracts in an efficient and effective manner. Houtan has also provided immigration advise on a number of immigration categories including Labour Market Impact Assessments, Express Entry program, work and study permits both for corporate clients and individuals.

At Wiebe Wittmann El-Khatib, Houtan assists clients in both civil litigation matters as well as solicitor work.

Houtan graduated with a JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2016 and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.
